I have just completed by PDC with my teacher Geoff Lawton. I can now also add Permaculture Design to my skill set. This means not only can I support you with lifestyle change as per Ayurveda, and recommend herbs, food and nutrition which will help you feel better based on your body type and lifestyle - I can also now help you design your eco farm where you can grow this food at home with entirely natural methods. No use of pesticides, or poisons only food as nature intended.

A few well-placed plants can lift your mood, help you focus, and make your workspace a place you actually enjoy spending time in.

I’m passionate about plants and I’m always happy to pass on tips. Ayurveda on the outside isn’t just about creams and oils, it’s also about the choices we make and how we choose to live.

Don’t worry, there’s no “perfect” lifestyle, we can all do with a little review now and then. Perhaps this is your nudge to look at your home office before the new semester begins after the August holidays.

True luxury food ingredients are ...
..slow, home grown without artifical fertilizer/pesticides. These foods surpass organic supermarket quality from the garden to the table.

There are luxury food items, because it requires time and knowledge to grow these at home. Every harvest represents a Masterchef challenge.

⌚️Time and knowledge are very rare in a time poor, fast paced artificual culture. Sadly, office workers have no access to the most nutrient dense foods. Yet, they are going to work in an even faster workplace environment due to AI and will experience stress beyond known levels.

There are ways to change this and make nutrient dense foods available for everyone.
