A retreat set in tranqil gardens set on a mountain location 4klm from the 13th century village of Busot and the famous caves of Canelobre. We offer a weekend of yoga, meditation, spiritual development and discussion to gain a deeper understanding of your own self in relaxed surroundings. The retreat also offers longer retreats days for mind body & soul, detox & health & beauty spa breaks. We also offer hollistic treatments -
aromatherapy massage, reflexology,nutrition &
beauty ,body wraps,and hair styling under the supervision of Yvonne. There is also spiritual readings, workshops & spiritual development groups by international medium James McArthur.
