Are you feeling frustrated or irritable lately?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is connected with the Liver and Gallbladder, organs associated with emotions such as frustration, irritability, and feeling stuck.
Our Full Moon Gong Sound Experience offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, release what no longer serves you, and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
Through gentle meditation, intention setting, and the deeply relaxing vibrations of the gongs, you’ll be guided into a state of calm and renewal. We’ll also include a simple full moon release ritual to help let go of heavy emotions and welcome fresh seasonal energy.

Are you feeling frustrated or irritable lately?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is connected with the Liver and Gallbladder, organs associated with emotions such as frustration, irritability, and feeling stuck.

Looking for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class to help you move, stretch and unwind?
Join me for two nourishing weekly English-speaking yoga classes designed to help you feel stronger, more flexible and deeply relaxed.
🌙 Mondays – 6:30pm | Flow & Restore
We begin with a gentle flow including light core strengthening poses to warm the body and build stability.
The class then transitions into longer Yin postures, allowing the body to soften and release tension while I guide you through each pose with clear explanations.
☀️ Thursdays – 10:00am | Yin Yoga
A slower, deeply nourishing class focusing on longer held floor poses to gently stretch the connective tissues, improve flexibility and calm the nervous system.
Perfect if you want to slow down, release tension and reset for the day ahead.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply relaxing style of yoga where poses are held for a few minutes to gently stretch the connective tissues, joints and fascia.
It’s a beautiful practice to:

✨ calm the nervous system
✨ improve flexibility and mobility
✨ create space for stillness and deep rest
No experience is needed — beginner friendly and suitable for all levels.

We want this to be the best Yoga experience you will have, and to feel cared for as soon as you walk through our door.

We have a lovely community in the heart of the peaceful village of Hartley Wintney, and offer a very client-centered approach.

Our classes are small to ensure you can all be looked after and receive the best care, our mats are cleaned after each class, we have pillows and blankets to hand, and you are always welcome to stay for a warm drink and a chat after your class.
