We were blessed with beautiful sunshine yesterday for our morning class. Feeling very grateful for the sunshine, the sea, Nomad Hotel Xabia and all the lovely yogis that came to class.
Vinyasa flow is every Monday and Wednesday, 9:30 am on the Roof terrace of the beach house.

It's been a busy week but after some yin yoga this morning I felt completely replenished and relaxed. If anyone is interested I am teaching 2 yin classes a week.

It's been one of those mornings! But now I will
