En Dinserta acabamos de abrir la inscripción para el curso de Gestión de Llamadas de Teleasistencia (SSCG0111), una formación presencial homologada por LABORA con la que podrás acceder a un sector con mucha demanda y empleo estable.

¿Qué incluye?

📋 230 horas de formación teórico-práctica.
🏢 80 horas de prácticas en empresas reales.
🕐 Horario flexible: mañanas o tardes.
📍 Presencial en C/ Boqueras 101B, entresuelo 23 · Almazora.

Solo necesitas tener la ESO o equivalente y estar en situación de desempleo. El resto lo ponemos nosotros.

Great progress in the E‑CRAFTS project!

Yesterday, our consortium held an online meeting to review the latest developments of the project modules. Each partner shared updates on content creation, platform structure, and upcoming testing activities.

The work is advancing steadily, and we are excited to see how the MOOC and training environment are taking shape to support women at risk of social exclusion in developing digital and entrepreneurial skills.

Step by step, we are building meaningful tools that will empower participants and strengthen the craft and e‑commerce ecosystem across Europe.

🌟🤝 Job Shadowing en el marco del proyecto EmpowerAbility 🤝🌟

📅 Del 19 al 24 de enero, 2026

En el marco del proyecto europeo EmpowerAbility, DINSERTA ha tenido el placer de acoger una experiencia de Job Shadowing junto a dos profesionales de la organización Things with Soul LTD (Bulgaria).

Durante esta intensa semana de trabajo, se llevaron a cabo:

✅ Reuniones con el equipo de DINSERTA
✅ Intercambio de buenas prácticas en formación para el empleo y trabajo con personas en riesgo de exclusión social
✅ Visitas a actividades formativas
✅ Focus groups con personas en riesgo de exclusión social
✅ Espacios de reflexión y aprendizaje compartido

Esta experiencia ha permitido fortalecer la cooperación entre entidades, compartir metodologías innovadoras y enriquecer nuestras estrategias para promover una inclusión laboral real y sostenible.

Seguimos avanzando juntos hacia una Europa más inclusiva, accesible y con igualdad de oportunidades para todas las personas.

El consorcio de e‑CRAFTS, nuestro proyecto europeo, se reunió en España, los días 15 y 16 de diciembre, para seguir avanzando juntos en este proyecto que impulsa el aprendizaje digital y el emprendimiento creativo de mujeres en Europa, a través de la artesanía.

Fue un encuentro lleno de ideas, colaboración y energía positiva, donde reforzamos nuestra visión común y planificamos los próximos pasos para seguir construyendo herramientas más accesibles, útiles e inspiradoras para las participantes.

Seguimos creciendo como equipo y como comunidad.

🌟 DINSERTA joins the European project EmpowerAbility 🌟

We are excited to announce our participation as partners in EmpowerAbility: Strengthening job readiness for people with disabilities, a European initiative aimed at improving the labour-market inclusion of people with permanent disabilities.

💼 What is the goal of the project?
EmpowerAbility aims to strengthen key skills, attitudes, and job-readiness to increase the competitiveness and adaptability of people with disabilities in the labour market. The initiative also focuses on raising awareness, reducing stereotypes, and promoting truly inclusive employment opportunities.

🔧 Main activities of the project include:

✔️ Expanding the training capacity of partner organisations
✔️ Training 6 trainers to effectively apply the developed methodology
✔️ Training 80 people with disabilities to support their successful professional integration
✔️ Awareness-raising actions to promote inclusion and equal opportunities

📘 Key outputs and resources:

📚 A training programme, aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
🧑‍🏫 A Trainer’s Guide and a Trainee Workbook, both created to facilitate practical and accessible learning.

🌟 ¡Arranca el proyecto europeo E-CRAFTS! 🌟

Coordinado por DINSERTA, este nuevo proyecto Erasmus+ comienza con una misión clara: empoderar a mujeres en riesgo de exclusión a través del emprendimiento digital y el comercio electrónico.

🧵💻 ¿Qué busca E-CRAFTS?
El proyecto tiene como objetivo fortalecer las habilidades digitales de mujeres vinculadas al sector artesanal, mejorar sus oportunidades de empleo y promover su inclusión social mediante herramientas accesibles y sostenibles. Para ello, se desarrollarán:

✨ Un MOOC y una plataforma digital para formación en emprendimiento y comercio electrónico
✨ Talleres presenciales en cada país participante
✨ Sesiones de mentoría para acompañar a las participantes
✨ Metodologías innovadoras, como aprendizaje basado en proyectos y autoevaluaciones
✨ Redes de apoyo con entidades locales y europeas para garantizar la sostenibilidad del proyecto

🇪🇺 NYDES Project – Transnational Training in Çorlu, Türkiye
📅 10–14 November 2025
📍 Çorlu, Türkiye

The NYDES Transnational Training Course has just taken place in Çorlu, bringing together 30 young participants from Spain, Greece, and Turkey for an inspiring week dedicated to cooperative entrepreneurship and rural development.

🇪🇸 We are proud to share that 10 young people from Spain took part in this international experience, representing DINSERTA and contributing with their ideas, enthusiasm, and motivation to build new opportunities for rural youth.

🌱 Throughout the training, participants:
-Explored cooperative business models as a tool for sustainable rural entrepreneurship
-Shared experiences, challenges, and solutions from their local contexts
-Worked collaboratively on innovative project ideas
-Learned from real examples of rural cooperatives and community-led initiatives

🤝 This meeting has been a powerful opportunity to connect, learn, and empower the next generation of young rural entrepreneurs committed to transforming their territories.

Upcoming Transnational Training in Turkey!

🌍 An exciting project activity is approaching for the NYDES project!

From 10/11/2025 to 14/11/2025, Çorlu (Türkiye) will host the Transnational Training Course, bringing together 30 young people from Spain, Greece, and Turkey.

During this international training, participants will explore cooperative entrepreneurship in rural areas, share experiences, and develop new ideas to transform their communities.
