I was really missing a vegan hot pot! Thank you for transforming this cozy space into an extraordinary Vegan Cuisine spot.

The rich flavours of natural ingredients and zero animal product, makes the dish a nutritious and concious better meal out.

Loved the new Vegan menu, the gluten free options, the smiles and friendliness of your staff, and ... the yummy cakes 🎂 🥮 which i had to take home for an afternoon tea 🍵

I feel extremely lucky to live close to this Vegan Gem in the .

Celebrating 1 year in .altea as Yoga & Meditation facilitator, and Therapist. 🎂

I certainly never could I imagine (actually i did 😄 ) having the experience of owning a hot yoga studio by the 🌊 for 5 years (Hot Yoga Altea) + working afterwards in the most luxurious destination (ZEM Wellness Clinic) where I can exercise all my Yoga and Ayurvedic massage skills.

All happening in this iconic town by the sea,

A full return of the Sun 🌞 !

This year I had the pleasure of offering 1-2-1 200h Yoga Teacher Trainings to fantastic New Teachers.

I followed the seasons and let one by one in, giving them the format that suited their needs.

Some of them live locally, some abroad, some took the course in English, others in Spanish.

1-2-1 format is a unique way to focus on your learning space and time ✨️

All of them followed their Path, including myself, as an excellent energy exchange.
