Good morning everybody.
Ready for returning to routines?
In two day kids return to school here in Mallorca. For some families it is very hard to combine the busy work schedule all summer, and kids having really long holidays here on the island.
I have had the pleasure being part of the group that teach kids yoga for 9 weeks in Club de Vela Puerto de Andratx.
I presented a project to the Club 9 years ago, and have seen how this project of kids and adult yoga grow!
It is such an important skill to implant at an early age, helping and giving kids tools for years ahead.
Please leave a comment if your kids have been part of my 9 years, and your opinion and benefits that it has given!

¿Preparados para volver a la rutina?
En dos día los niños vuelven al colegio aquí en Mallorca. Para algunas familias es muy difícil compaginar la apretada agenda de trabajo durante todo el verano y que los niños tengan unas vacaciones muy largas aquí en la isla.
He tenido el placer de formar parte del grupo que imparte clases de yoga para niños durante 9 semanas en el Club de Vela Puerto de Andratx.
Presenté un proyecto al Club hace 9 años y he visto cómo este proyecto de yoga para niños y adultos crece.
Es una habilidad muy importante para inculcar a una edad temprana, ayudando y dando a los niños herramientas para los años venideros.

Good morning September, thank you August for some sunny warm days.
Ready for the best month of the year, my favorite.
Month number 9, my lucky number.
Love the warmth in the air, the sea getting a little cooler again and life returns slowly into normality again.
Kids return to school, routines comes back for many.
Summer time is a busy time for me, and have always been in the 37 years I have lived here.

This year is 25 years ago since I embarked on a new life of fitness and well being.

For some of you, you might never have heard my story of how it all started back in 1999. My first year of returning back to a gym after nearly 20 years.
To make a long story short, I managed to compete in Fitness for Spain. I did 10 championships in just 4 years. Bronce medal in regional, Silver in national and Bronce in World.
It was amazing times, and has for sure made the woman i am today.
I am passionate, focused and very determined in whatever I do.

Since then I have expanded my knowledge in other fields such as Life & Buisness Coaching and now also teach yoga for kids and adults for nearly 10 years.
Have just finished a 2 months introduction to golf, lets see what happens....it is long way😉
