Here it is.....the 6th and final episode of An Osteopath on a Mission ❤️

Last July I embarked on my first humanitarian mission, to Costa Rica, with Hands with Heart Foundation......and it really was the most amazing experience 😊

Almería Living Magazine offered me the opportunity to write about my experiences, and over the past few months, revisiting my memories of the incredible people I volunteered alongside, and the many wonderful people we met along the way, really has been such a pleasure 🥰

Months on, I still feel so incredibly privileged to have been able to be a part of something so wonderful 😊
