Step into a sanctuary at Maradels of stillness, where ancient vibrations meet modern soul care. These sessions are presented to you by Adele who has been an energy channeller for healing and intuitive for many years. Adele facilitates weekly groups of sound bathing healing sessions, now offered at least 7 times a week, using the pure tones of crystal singing bowls, the primal heartbeat of the Native American drum, the rustle of shakers, and the ethereal whisper of chimes, among other sacred instruments.
This is not just bathing in sound for relaxation, it is a journey back to your true frequency, your vibration of health. This is a healing session on many levels.
🌀 WHAT TO EXPECT
All you need to do is lay on one of our soft mats (not yoga mats) and relax.
Each session begins with a grounding meditation, gently drawing your awareness inward and down. From there, layered waves of sound gently bathe your body and energy fields, dissolving energetic blocks, recalibrating your nervous system, and restoring harmony at a cellular and soul level.
