We tend to rush around day to day trying to get everything done for everyone else with not much time left to do things for ourselves. One of the most important things we can do for ourselves is to stop and listen to our bodies.

When your body is feeling tired and achy do you stop and rest? I bet the answer was no, you carry on, pushing yourself through it. We have forgotten to listen to what our bodies are telling us, when it feels this way its saying, OK give me timeout to rest and recover for a little while or it could be telling you STOP you're going through life along the wrong path and you need that timeout to stop and realign your life, check in and ask yourself if you're really happy with how life is going.

When we turn a deaf ear to ourselves we are creating problems for our future health. If you've been doing this along time you may already have starting getting aches and pains, illnesses and dis-ease. These are caused by not listening and the energy that has been created getting stuck in your body, it will start as an ache and if left unchecked can go on to develop into illness and disease. You will find that aches and pains on your left side of the body are from unresolved issues of your past and is the feminine energy, aches and pains on your right side are the fears or issues you're facing in your future or in the now time and is the masculine energy.
