How is entering new year 2026, fresh start for you?

I m visiting my Roots, Korean family this winter.I m treated like a Queen last days of year 2025 we joined amazing Symphony Concerts , Moulin Rouge Dance company's. We re eating lots of delicious food by chefs in the family.
The first days of 2026,we went to other Ocean side of Korea to wake up at the stunning favolous "Cruise sunset Hotel" with high views on the Blue Ocean and stunning Sandy beaches, That's was best gift ever to start new year☀️✨🌲🎁 overall we are still extremely lucky to have very sunny days and some cold nights.

Since few months I started faithfully Healthy disciplined: training every day, gym and Korean bathhouse spa & sauna
Gain weight,strength and joy

Special thanks to my sister Young for spoiling me and treat me so well. I totally released, healed and reset ready for all the good coming up

We hebben Sensei Yuji Yahiro verloren, die op 20 oktober 2025 is overleden.

We zijn diep geschokt door het plotselinge heengaan van onze Meester — onze spirituele gids van Okido Yoga, oprichter van de Meiso Shiatsu Therapy Academy, CEO van Mikkyo Okido University, filosoof, onderzoeker, en bovenal een uitzonderlijk mens.
Hij was de vader van acht kinderen — een waar voorbeeld van onvoorwaardelijke liefde en toewijding aan het leven. ❣️

Ik wil mijn oprechte deelneming betuigen aan Maestra Lorena, aan zijn wondervolle familie, en aan alle studenten, instructeurs, therapeuten en beoefenaars van Okido Yoga wereldwijd, voor dit enorme verlies.

Ik had in de nacht van zondag 20 oktober een bijzondere droom met family Yahiro — en nu begrijp ik de betekenis ervan.
Ik weet dat Sensei Yuji Yahiro niet zou willen dat we huilen, maar dat we juist nog meer ons best doen om werkelijk menselijk, liefdevol en evolutief te worden.

Tijdens mijn eerste twintig jaar van studie kon ik al zijn inzichten toepassen in mijn professionele leven als Meiso Shiatsu-therapeut, Okido Yoga-instructeur en lifestylecoach, evenals bij het organiseren van inspirerende Yoga & Hiking retraites door heel Europa.
Ik had het voorrecht om deel te nemen aan vele lerarenopleidingen, conferenties en intensieve Okido-retraites onder leiding van Maestro Yahiro.

Later, na mijn vertrek uit Italië, bleef ik het Dojo bezoeken, waar ik altijd met warmhartige vriendelijkheid en wijze raad werd ontvangen.

Meester Yuji Yahiro had een werkelijk krachtige manier van onderwijzen.
Hij gaf ons talloze waardevolle instrumenten — bovenal de dagelijkse beoefening van onvoorwaardelijke dankbaarheid, zelfs in moeilijke tijden of wanneer we geconfronteerd werden met pijn en zwakte.
In de moeilijkste momenten van mijn leven, wanneer ik gewond of verdwaald was, vond ik door de Oki-Do-studies en de onderwijzingen van Sensei Yahiro telkens weer de kracht om op te staan, te glimlachen, te lachen en oplossingen te vinden — telkens opnieuw.

Mijn oneindige dankbaarheid en respect

Very Sad News:

We have lost Sensei Yuji Yahiro, who passed away on October 20th, 2025.

We are deeply shocked by the sudden disappearance of our Maestro, our Okido Yoga Spiritual Guide, founder of the Meiso Shiatsu Therapy Academy, CEO of Mikkyo Okido University, philosopher, researcher, and above all, an outstanding human being.
He was the father of eight children — a true example of unconditional love and dedication to life. ❣️

I want to express my sincere condolences to Maestra Lorena, to his wonderful family, and to all students, instructors, therapists and Okido Yoga practitioners worldwide for this immense loss.

I had a very particular dream on Sunday night, 20th October  and now I understand its meaning. I know Sensei Yuji Yahiro would not want us to cry, but rather to put even more effort into becoming truly human, loving, and evolutionary.

During my first twenty years of study, I was able to apply all his insights to my professional life as a Meiso Shiatsu therapist, Okido Yoga instructor, and lifestyle coach, as well as in organizing inspirational Yoga & Hiking retreats across Europe.
I had the privilege to experience many teacher training programs, conferences, and intensive Okido retreats guided by Maestro Yahiro.

Later, after leaving Italy, I continued visiting the Dojo, always welcomed with warmhearted kindness and wise counsel.
Master Yuji Yahiro had a truly powerful way of teaching. He gave us countless valuable tools — above all, the daily practice of gratitude, even in hard times or when facing pain and weakness.
In the most difficult moments of my life, when I was hurt or lost, it was through Oki-Do studies and Sensei Yahiro’s teachings that I found the strength to rise again, to smile, to laugh, and to find solutions — every single time.

My infinite gratitude.

Abbiamo perso il Sensei Yuji Yahiro, che ci ha lasciato il 20 ottobre 2025.

Siamo profondamente scioccati per la sua improvvisa scomparsa: il nostro Maestro, Guida Spirituale di Okido Yoga, fondatore della Meiso Shiatsu Therapy Academy, CEO della Mikkyo Okido University, filosofo, ricercatore e, soprattutto, un essere umano straordinario.
Padre di otto figli , marito
un vero esempio di amore incondizionato e dedizione alla vita. ❣️

Desidero esprimere le mie più sincere condoglianze alla Maestra Lorena, alla sua meravigliosa famiglia e a tutti gli studenti, insegnanti e praticanti di Okido Yoga nel mondo intero, per questa perdita immensa.

Ho fatto un sogno molto particolare la notte di domenica, e ora ne comprendo il significato. So che il Sensei Yuji Yahiro non vorrebbe vederci piangere, ma piuttosto ci inviterebbe a impegnarci ancora di più per diventare veramente umani, amorevoli ed evolutivi.

Durante i miei primi vent’anni di studio ho potuto applicare tutti i suoi insegnamenti nella mia vita professionale come terapista di Meiso Shiatsu, insegnante di Okido Yoga e consulente di stile di vita, oltre che nell’organizzazione di ritiri ispirazionali di Yoga & Trekking in tutta Europa.
Ho avuto il privilegio di partecipare a numerosi corsi di formazione per insegnanti, conferenze e ritiri intensivi di Okido, sempre guidati dal Maestro Yahiro.

In seguito, dopo aver lasciato l’Italia, ho continuato a visitare il Dojo, accolta ogni volta con calorosa gentilezza e saggi consigli.
Il Maestro Yuji Yahiro aveva un modo davvero potente di insegnare: ci ha donato innumerevoli strumenti preziosi, soprattutto la pratica quotidiana della gratitudine, anche nei momenti difficili o di dolore e debolezza.
Nei periodi più duri della mia vita, quando ero ferita o smarrita, è stato grazie agli studi di Oki-Do e agli insegnamenti del Sensei Yahiro che ho ritrovato la forza di rialzarmi, di sorridere, di ridere e di trovare soluzioni — ogni singola volta.

Gratitudine infinita.
Buon viaggio verso casa, amato Sensei Yuji Yahiro.
