Here are some tips to deal with stress-based eating with the aim of body weight control.

¿Cómo eliminar la grasa abdominal?

Aquí os explico unos consejos importantes -

Primero, tener en cuenta que no se puede eliminar grasa de una zona específica con un ejercicio o dieta específica.

La dieta y la actividad física deben ser bien controladas, precisas y constantes para ver resultados.

Los últimos kilos de grasa corporal alrededor del abdomen son los más difíciles de eliminar porque se necesita bastante menos calories que cuando tienes de un peso más elevado.

Para actividad física, lo ideal es combinar entrenamiento de resistencia de intensidad media-alta con algo de cardio.

Una cantidad realística para muchas personas sería mínimo 2 sesiones de entrenamiento de resistencia y 2 sesiones de cardio cada semana.

Si no estás acostumbrado a la actividad física, comienza con entrenamientos más fáciles y cortos y aumenta gradualmente.

Intenta conseguir un déficit calórico bajo/medio y mantener un consumo de proteínas alto.

Céntrate en una dieta sana y equilibrada y reduce los alimentos procesados a un mínimo.

Se recomienda pesarte cada semana para medir el progreso y así se puede modificar tu programa para obtener los cambios físicos que deseas.
