come on my last run in the UK with me (I’m off on a long weekend break ok xx) 💘🕺⭐️💃✨🏅

left my intervals to the last possible second and ngl never want to do a tempo session again 😀😀😀😀

found that SO hard and the mentally toughest run of the training block so far ☺️😘 just a reminder not everything is as easy and glamourised as online xx

in hindsight should’ve just made this an easy run or cut it short so don’t take this advice from me to carry on running 😝
