✨ Conscious Connections ✨

An evening designed by a Relationship Coach to help couples slow down, reconnect, and rediscover ease, playfulness and safety in each other’s presence through mindful, embodied experiences. It’s a date night with a twist!

This will be a guided space to slow down, tune in to yourself and each other, and reconnect emotionally and physically in safe, enjoyable ways - no to-do lists, no problem-solving, no phones, no rushing; just connection, curiosity, and presence.

The evening has been designed for a maximum of 10 couples. It will be intimate, immersive, connecting, and memorable and you will leave saying ‘I can’t wait for my next date with you!’

Welcome to the Men’s Tribal Gathering!!

This is not a therapy session... A small community with big vision for our collective future, a place to connect with others, with unique ideas and perspectives, holding space, having our voice heard.

No single leader alone, from the ground up it will be an ongoing collaborative effort. If you’re not a part of the core team managing logistics, themes etc. You will be encouraged/invited to lead, to host, to share you’re own unique and special gifts, talents or interests in future gatherings.

Brick by brick we build this together.
