✨A lot has happened this past month at Stretch Eden.🤍

New faces, long days (and nights) of training, and a lot of learning, laughing, and growing together.

As demand for assisted stretching sessions has continued to grow, so has our team.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working closely with a new group of therapists - developing, refining, and building on the standard we’ve already set through the Stretch Eden Method.

It’s been full days in the studio, balancing sessions, training, and everything in between… along with the small yet joyous moments that make the process fulfilling to us!☺️

Caras nuevas, largos días (y noches) de formación, y mucho aprendizaje, risas y crecimiento en equipo.

A medida que la demanda de sesiones de estiramientos asistidos ha seguido creciendo, también lo ha hecho nuestro equipo.

Durante las últimas semanas, hemos estado trabajando muy de cerca con un nuevo grupo de terapeutas: desarrollando, perfeccionando y consolidando el estándar que ya hemos establecido con el Método Stretch Eden.

Han sido días completos en el estudio, equilibrando sesiones, formación y todo lo demás… ¡junto con esos pequeños momentos que hacen que todo el proceso sea tan especial para nosotros!☺️

Recap of the Stretch, Release & Reconnect Collaboration Event last Friday evening! ✨

This custom mobility experience was designed to release tension, awaken the body, calm the mind, and connect with other like minded people.

We partnered up for some dynamic and playful assisted stretches, then moved to our own mats for some self stretches that improve flexibility, release tightness, and deepen relaxation.

This experience helped us both reconnect with ourselves and others in a fun, feel-good way.🤸🏼‍♀️🤸🏽

✨Could you be our next stretch therapist? ✨

We are looking for 2 experienced health professionals to go through the Stretch Eden training program and join our team!

This training offers you a career shift, and allows you to get on the rising wave of the assisted stretching industry. Allowing you the perfect opportunity for massive growth and to become an early leader in this field.

1. Must be comfortable with English and Spanish (and ideally Catalan too)

2. Must have a minimum of 2 years prior work experience and knowledge in the health and wellness industry; ie. personal trainer, fitness instructor, yoga instructor, massage therapist, physiotherapist, pilates instructor, chiropractor, etc.

3. Must be a committed and reliable professional - specifically with availability to work morning and evening hours, and rotating Saturdays.

4. Must have the rights to work in Barcelona and registered autonomo

5. Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and great people skills

6. Must be relatively fit and comfortable moving bodies and doing physical labor
