Living with Adrenocortical Carcinoma (ACC) can feel incredibly lonely. Because so few people have heard of it, many patients begin their journey without a roadmap.
That’s why awareness matters. Increasing public visibility and recognition help connecting people affected to each other, to the right specialists, and to answers. Shorten the path to diagnosis, build stronger support networks, and empower patients to feel less alone.
On the occasion of International Adrenal Disease Awareness Day -which coincides with the World Health Day (April 7)-, at we reaffirm our commitment to people with ACC. Because improving lives -our purpose- also means listening with empathy, collaborating, and working every day so no one must navigate their journey feeling isolated or invisible!
Together with the healthcare community, patient advocates such as , and public institutions, we continue to push for a healthcare system that truly sees, hears, and responds to people’s needs – offering not only solutions, but also hope, connection, and support at every step.
