During the past five weeks, we explored the “five Koshas”- the layers of being described in yogic philosophy.
From Annamaya (the physical body),
to Pranamaya (the energy body),
Manomaya (the mind),
Vijnanamaya (inner wisdom),
and finally Anandamaya (bliss).
The Koshas offer a map of self-understanding - guiding us from the outer, tangible layers toward the most subtle experience of awareness.
