For those who don’t know the story ☕

WAM is heavily based on its community - so, naturally, when a new protein powder flavour was on the horizon, I asked you what you’d like to see in the lineup next. Much to my surprise, the majority of you wanted a coffee flavour, which had me panic a bit internally 😅 I’m starting to think I did well though 😇

At this point I should ask what you want as the next flavour, but I already know the answer is Banana Bread đŸ€Ł

Manifesting ✹

These are the main goals for WAM this year. Some out of pure necessity (like the fulfillment center), some based on your wishes (the return of banana bread), and some that just ... make sense 😉

Creatine tends to come with a lot of unnecessary rules.

You don’t need a loading phase — taking around 3–5 g per day will lead to the same results over time.

You don’t need perfect timing — any time you remember within the day is fine.

You don’t need to work out every day to use it — creatine can support you at different training levels.

And forgetting it once or twice? That’s not the end of the world either — your creatine levels don’t drop to zero overnight.

Make creatine fit into your life — not the other way around.

In short: don’t overcomplicate it 😉

What building WAM looked like this year 😅

Some months everything clicked - and some others were full of production delays, cash flow stress and exhaustion (looking at you, September 👀).

I’m sharing this here because WAM was never meant to be a glossy, faceless supplement brand that pretends things are easy. There’s already enough of that.

WAM is a real brand, with a real founder - built for real people.

This year reminded me that I can be resilient (some might call me hard-headed) and show up again and again, even after things fall apart.

If you’ve followed, supported, ordered, shared, or just watched from the sidelines - thank you. This brand is growing slowly, intentionally, and with real people at its core.

There’s a certain language around food that gets louder this time of year - and again in January.

It shows up everywhere in fitness spaces.
And it rarely gets questioned.

WAM is here to change that.

Calories aren’t a moral scoreboard.
Food isn’t something you need to earn, fix, or undo.
Movement isn’t a punishment for what you ate.
And consistency only works when it leaves room for real life.

Important note: Rejecting diet-culture language doesn’t mean rejecting care for your health. It means removing guilt from the equation.

Better than expected - just not always in the way I imagined 😅.

Building WAM this year didn’t look linear or polished. And sometimes it got very quiet.

It looked like learning, adjusting, and doing a ton of things before feeling “ready” (does anyone ever feel ready, by the way?).

For many of us, this season sadly comes with a lot of pressure around food, movement and bodies.

There’s nothing wrong with staying active and keeping up with your usual nutrition if that’s what you want - but there’s also nothing wrong with taking a step back.

A week without training won’t ruin your progress, and food is connection, comfort and culture - not a math equation.

And last but not least: you don’t owe anyone an explanation for your body. It’s yours.

You might have seen one or the other version of this cookie before on here. And if you always thought “it looks great, but I don’t like banana!” then this one’s for you! 😉

Fair warning: It’s not very sweet! So give it a taste-test before baking and add some sweetener of your choice (or use a banana instead of the applesauce 😜)

Simply mix:
- 120g applesauce
- 35g peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 40g WAM Protein Pure Vanilla
- œ tsp baking powder
- 20g oats (blended works best)
- 15g dark chocolate chips

Divide into 2 dough balls and squish them to a cookie in between two baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 min at 180ÂșC in the oven or air fryer and voila - a cookie with 20+g of protein.

But don’t forget to also eat a “real” cookie every once in a while 😉

WAM Protein is vegan for five simple reasons (in no particular order 😅):

đŸŒ± better for the planet
đŸŒ± more inclusive
đŸŒ± vegans aren’t weak (science says hi!)
đŸŒ± cruelty-free
đŸŒ± and because I’m not building a brand that compromises my values

Bonus point: I couldn’t find a vegan protein powder I liked. So I made one 😂

Strength is for every body - and so is WAM.
