Are you suffering from headaches? They suck. We know. 😥 And whilst the occasional headache could be dehydration, or too much screen time, recurrent, ongoing headaches are a sign that something else is going on. From our experience this is usually an issue in your upper neck region (aka the upper cervical region)⁣.
