I’m Harriet Kjaer.
For years, I was a professional luthier in Barcelona.
My journey into elite fitness started simply: teaching my daughter to ride a bike. 🚲 I ran alongside her for hours and realized I didn’t want to stop.
That spark led me to the North Pole Marathon, racing 350km Ultras, winning 200km race, and joining the Danish National Trail Running Team in my 40s. 🇩🇰🏆
The secret? The 80/10/10 diet. High fruit, low fat. 🍓⚡
When you fuel with biology-aligned, low-fat raw vegan (LFRV) nutrition, your body stops fighting itself. I went all in.
