[ESP] Hoy probamos las milanesas que subieron have dos dias CocinaVegan Facil 🫢 Anoche vi el video y me acorde que tenia todos los ingredientes hasta arroz ya cocido. Hoy dije, las hago! Sofrei cebolla y ajo con los champiñones en vez de usar el polvo y use chia en vez de linaza por que no soy muy amante de su sabor y la chia es mas neutra. Me quedaron riquísimas aunque note que la textura se pone mejor al enfriarse. Me salieron en total 5 medianas y 2 pequeñas. A mi hija también le gustaron y congele las sobrantes.
Quiero ver como se cocinan al estar ya congeladas.

Today I said, “I’ll make them!” I sautéed onion and garlic with the mushrooms instead of using the powders, and I used chia seeds instead of flaxseed because I’m not a big fan of its flavor, and chia is more neutral. They turned out delicious, although I noticed the texture gets better as they cool. I got a total of 5 medium and 2 small cutlets. My daughter liked them too, and I froze the leftovers.

[ESP] Como saben vivimos en Canada y acá se celebra ese día en Octubre, generalmente se come pavo, verduras, pure o papas y algún postre. Nosotros al ser latinos y veganos comemos lo que hay. Capaz hagamos pure, que hace rato no comemos, pero de resto no sabemos 🤣. Si vamos a algun lado subo las fotos y les muestro que comemos!

Nosotros no vivimos en chacra (finca), ni asilados, sino que vivimos en un barrio que atrás de nuestros patios solo hay arboles y un gran espacio verde para correr con niños y mascotas! Al fondo de nuestro patio tenemos dos arboles de manzanas, así que creo q volvió a comer mas 🫢 Mi hija que estudia Biología en la universidad, esta fascinada con esta visita!

[ESP] Otros dos lugares que nos encantaron en Barcelona fueron donde comimos 4 platillos por 16,5€ cada uno, y la comida fue deliciosa, un servicio espectacular y como ven el lugar tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo.
A la noche pasamos por que esta justo en frente de Sagrada Familia y comimos tan rico que no dejamos ni las migas! Mi hermana no es veggie y le encanto su hamburguesa! Quedamos muy felices con los facil y rico que es comer vegano en Barcelona! Definitivamente de los mejores lugares y al que deseamos volver

[ENG] Two other places we loved in Barcelona were , where we had four course meal for €16.50 each. The food was delicious, the service was spectacular, and, as you can see, the place has a very relaxed atmosphere.
At night, we stopped by , which is right in front of the Sagrada Familia, and the food was so delicious we didn’t even leave a crumb! My sister isn’t a veggie, and she loved her burger! Ayer probamos Wild Food BCN y quedamos alucinados de la “carne vegana” y los sabroso que era todo! A la noche comimos unos deliciosos sandwhices en espectaculares (ellos hace sus propia bologna y hoy almorzamos en que por 13.5€ te dan 4 pasos y la verdad nos encanto todo, la comida, el ambiente y precio! Ya me estan dando ganas de mudarme aca! Es muy accesible ser vegan!
