Teo owns Attika fitness an English gym in barcelona that specializes in group personal training.

I was lucky to be her mentor and coach for 12 months.

To see the changes she has gone through is unbelievable being a new business owner and I was so happy I could help her on her journey.

Today’s last meeting left me feeling so grateful to be able to see her so happy.

Hi Heather, hope all is going really well for you.
I just want to say a massive thank you for giving me the opportunity about a year & half ago when you got in contact with me to tell me I got a scholarship for my 200hr yoga training. You have no idea how amazing that was to me & now because of it, it's after opening up alot of doors for me, they are opening up slowly but at least they are opening 👍& it's also given me alot of confidence. I know you know that but you'll still truly never know how much so I thank you from all of my heart.

In meditation they ask you to focus on body scanning or the breath and to just sit and be in the present. You are asked to not move at all, whatsoever, and deal with all the pains that arise form sitting in a meditative position. The pain sometimes becomes unbearable and you are asked to just sit through it and be with the mind. There is no right or wrong way of meditating. It is normal to be thinking, to get frustrated and want to stop, but over time it does get easier. The pains will become less, there will be less chatter in your mind and you will begin to enjoy the silence of stillness.
