Abput 15 years ago I fond the solution for my son being ill from Asthma & Bronchotis.
Helichrysum italicum essential oil is a miracle plant that helps to recover from a large group of gealth issues.
How to apply?
Step 1 aromatherapy 1-3 drops via a difuzer
Step 2. Topically 1-3 drops mixed with a plant based oil.
Step 3. Orally 1 drop max. Take a small spoon with coconut oil and add 1 drop to take it in.

P.s. Usage for Children: always consult with a medical specialist before.
During pragnancy NOT allowed.
