🧘♀️Stretching feels good, but… does it really prevent injuries or make you perform better?
👉 Science says: not really.
What actually works? Strength training, dynamic warm-ups, and practicing your sport.
Stretch because you enjoy it, not because you think you “have to.” 💪
If your goal is to prevent injuries and boost performance → focus on strength and movement quality.
