On a snowy winter day in Sweden, we met Goran, who had recently taken the step to move there and who is now already speaking Swedish.

We talked about the differences between working in a Swedish hospital versus a Bulgarian one, and Goran shares that one of the best things is that there is no hierarchy in a Swedish hospital.

"You are on the same level as the caregivers, other doctors and your boss. There is no difference. And everyone is so friendly."

Meet Ewelina Szewczyk, a psychiatrist who moved from Poland to Nyköping in Sweden.

She stayed in Sweden for 3 years, before they had to go back for personal reasons. However, Ewelina tells us that "I must admit that I still miss Sweden, and I do not exclude the possibility that we might return someday."

She was very happy with her experience in the Scandinavian country: "I learned a great deal during my work in Sweden, and I use that experience every day in my current work in Poland."
