La disfunción temporomandibular (DTM) es un trastorno que afecta la articulación de la mandíbula y los músculos que la rodean.
Los signos típicos incluyen dolor en la mandíbula, el rostro o el cuello, chasquidos o fricción al abrir la boca, limitación en la apertura bucal, así como dolores de cabeza o zumbidos en los oídos (tinnitus).

Si experimentas alguno de estos síntomas, puede ser útil realizar una evaluación fisioterapéutica o dental. El tratamiento para la DTM incluye técnicas manuales individualizadas y ejercicios adaptados a tus necesidades específicas y condición.
