“Raise your words, not your voice.
It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.”

Cymatics—the study of how sound affects matter—shows us that sound has form, and form has impact.
Certain frequencies create beautiful, coherent patterns.
Others distort and fragment.
Swear words often carry a dense energy; an aggressive charge. They’re culturally loaded, and can often lower the vibration of a space, even subtly.
The mystics have long known: words are not just sounds: they are vessels.
Each one carries a fragrance, a frequency, a fire.
In the sacred traditions, the voice is not a tool — It is an instrument of the soul.
A bridge between the inner world and the outer.
A way to shape reality.
For a long time now I’ve avoided using swear words because I began to feel how they affect my entire organism, and the collective energy field.
When we become intimate with how we are using our voices and speech, it becomes clear that the voice is an instrument to be used with precision and intention.
The more refined the inner ear becomes,
The more we feel what each word does.
How it lands.
How it lingers.
How it leads.
There are infinite ways to express truth, power, and passion.
To honour the tongue as a flame,
And the breath as a prayer.
