✨ Pilates & Breathe Workshop ✨
Move, Breathe, and Rebalance, Saturday 25.4 at 11-13.30, Fysioona Studio, Benalmadena.
This workshop combines gentle Pilates with conscious breathing to help you reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system.
During the session, we will move through slow and mindful Pilates exercises that build body awareness through controlled, intentional movement. The focus is not on intensity, but on quality of movement, presence, and listening to your body.
Alongside the movement practice, you will be introduced to your breath as a powerful tool for calming the nervous system and regulating different internal states. Through simple and effective breathing techniques, you will learn how breath can support relaxation, focus, and emotional balance.
This workshop offers:

Suitable for all levels, no previous experience in Pilates or breathwork is needed.
