Professional Bio
I am a registered Adult Nurse with a BSc First-class honours degree from Teesside University (2013).
My career began in District Nursing across Darlington, Richmond, and Hambleton, where I developed advanced skills in end-of-life care, wound management, and tissue viability.
During this time, I worked autonomously within the community and completed my mentorship in practice at University which enabled me to teach and support student nurses and doctors.
In 2015 I gained my Community Nurse Prescribing qualification at Master’s level, further enhancing my ability to deliver safe, effective, and independent patient care.
I later spent several years in Germany working for the British Army as a School Nurse, supporting service families and gaining valuable experience in community and paediatric health.
After returning to the UK, I progressed to a Band 6 Practice Nurse role in North Yorkshire, specialising in diabetes management & Cardiovascular disease in primary care.
In 2019, following the withdrawal of NHS earwax removal services, I founded my first ear care clinic in North Yorkshire. What began as a home-visit service quickly evolved into a successful clinic-based practice. Working alongside Specsavers, GP practices, audiologists & ENT consultants to support the demands the NHS no longer provided.
Since 2024, I have been working in Spain as a nurse, continuing my primary care role with the military. In addition, I lead my ear wax removal clinic in Benidorm.
Combining my years of clinical experience & dedication with a passion for accessible, patient-centred care ❤️
