We would like to introduce Anna from Pathways with Anna, a Holistic Wellness & Life Transformation Coach based in Cumbre del Sol.

Originally from Scotland, she now embraces a slower, more intentional life in Spain — something that deeply influences the calm, grounded energy she brings to her work. Her journey into holistic wellness began through her own experience with overwhelm and emotional burnout, which led her to explore nervous system healing and the mind–body connection.

Anna offers supportive, restorative 1:1 sessions including Reiki, guided meditation, sound healing, breathwork and Indian head massage, as well as holistic classes that combine mindful fitness and meditation. Her approach focuses on helping women feel strong, balanced and deeply connected within themselves.
