Todo, absolutamente todo en la naturaleza se rige por Spanda: esa pulsación que da lugar a un comienzo, un sostenimiento y un final. Esta pulsación no es lineal, es cíclica y eterna.
Un ciclo significa que la pulsación llegó a su mayor amplitud —como la inhalación— y naturalmente se retrae (Nimesha: el cierre del ojo cósmico, la retracción, la exhalación).
Hay un cumplimiento: del ciclo, del capítulo, de la respiración, de la pulsación. 🌀

Everything, absolutely everything in nature is governed by Spanda: that pulsation which gives rise to a beginning, a sustaining, and an end. This pulsation is not linear — it is cyclical and eternal.
A cycle means that the pulsation has reached its greatest amplitude —like an inhalation— and naturally retracts (Nimesha: the closing of the cosmic eye, the withdrawal, the exhalation).
There is a completion: of the cycle, of the chapter, of the breath, of the pulsation. 🌀
