Unfortunately due to a significant health matter we are ending our travel project and cancelled all future travel plans on the advice of doctors.

We had many exciting journeys planned that we were hoping to share with you. We wanted to be advocates of oldies with Parkinson’s and ADHD/neurodivergent who can still travel.

It is therefore with great sadness that a health matter has forced a premature end. Health though must always come first and having consulted with doctors we believe this is the only and right decision to make.

We were humbled and hugely appreciative of the many lovely messages wishing us well. We thank you for this … it really meant a lot. 🤗❤️

HIDDEN GEM ALERT: We found this beautiful restaurant near all the action in Triana but just far back enough to enjoy necessary neurodivergent timeout. The food was exceptional, service very friendly and a team who take great pride in everything. Excellent wine, in the heart of Sevilla but an oasis of calm, perfect 👌🏻 Highly recommend the El Mercader de Chapina, Plaza Chapina, Sevilla

We’ve been quiet. Here’s why — and what comes next.
Two people. A lot of life lived. Parkinson’s. AuDHD. The house sold. The business closed. And a decision made.
This account is changing. We are now — 50-something travellers, new to vlogging, using AI, refusing to slow down.

I have now been signed off by Doctor, after my Appendix Surgery and therefore ready to get back to work .

I am no longer in Mojácar, but have moved Zen to a lovely space at home.

This is a 25minute drive inland along the coast , towards Palomares & Villaricos.

Sadly I need to cancel all booked appointments, due to Appendicitis and subsequent removal of my Appendix . 🤕

Many apologies to all affected clients .. and many thanks too for all of your support.

I’m going to be unable to work for at least 6 weeks.

Since opening Zen - June 2020 I’ve not taken an extended break. This recent health matter has also highlighted I just need some rest.

I will be therefore be taking time off until early September. At which time I will update on opening hours and my new location! Yes a rest is as good as a change and I’m taking this unexpected illness to revise a new offering. Watch this space!

I can’t thank all my wonderful clients enough, that have supported this small business in the last 5 years.

I look forward to some rest and then seeing many of you again in September.

A bit of a change at Zen , Adventure bikes Scott Chance & Natural Beauty Donna Marie. The signage and overhead Pergola are being replaced, but we are all still inside ! Card payments no longer accepted at Zen ( mainly because I’m a technophobe 🙃. Thanks as ever for your custom, we are always grateful for supporting our small business !
