Pain Free Bowen I'm a qualified Bowen Technique therapist, (a form of physiotherapy). I specialise in hip, knee, pelvic, mobility & back issues & arthritic conditions.

I am based in Competa, with home visits available or attendance at my home clinic. Please call me. Your fascia is everywhere.
It wraps around your muscles, organs, joints and nerves — holding everything together and allowing smooth movement.
When fascia is healthy, it:
✔ Glides smoothly
✔ Supports good posture
✔ Allows easy movement
✔ Distributes tension evenly
But when fascia becomes restricted (through stress, injury, poor posture or lack of movement), it can:

⚠ Limit mobility
