As much as I don't care about parties and music, but about a year ago things has changed for me!
What I have discovered then:
💫 we don't need to drink to dance (or take anything else!)
💫 we realise blockages when we just allow our body to move in a free way, without pressure and feeling judged
💫 DJ Tor is the best DJ and even someone deaf like me can't resist his beats
💫 spiritual community doesn't have to be fake. It can be deep, humble, supportive and be 0 about showing off
💫 giving ourselves space to express through the music = childlike happiness

It’s Neijing Tu 內經圖 - Taoist Secret Map📜

This version was engraved at the White Cloud Temple🛕in Beijing, China (major Taoist Center). But originally it comes from Neidan — practice for longlivity that had been mentioned in Jin Dynasti (266-420)

Yet every detail in this image has a meaning — this is a map! Mountains, rivers, suns, and moons — represent transformation/movement of energy, various internal organs, “channels” (meridians), “fields” (dantian), and symbolic parts (energy centers, inner spirits/deities).

Nothing makes me happier than witnessing my clients’ transformations — seeing that shift from doubt and fear to confidence, from frustration to understanding, from pain and stiffness to ease and strength, from shallow breathing to full, healthy respiration.

Watching someone go from feeling trapped in their body to feeling at home in it again — safe, light, calm, and comfortable — is truly the most rewarding part of my work. 👏 So proud of your results!!!

Today I looked in the mirror and laughed - I saw an enormous mount of light & energy trapped in one girl's body 😅

A Girl who refused to follow the rules...
who decided to become a mum when she was 20...
who left her home country when she was 27...
who followed her spiritual passions and studied all over the world...
And at the end, who had to become a woman, stand up for herself and build a life in Spain

Isn't it funny that we so much more than our lifepath?? But still, we are supposed to live this character's life ...

I wouldn't continue working in this industry if I didn't meet THEM - the deepest souls, healing seekers and absolute inspiration.

Funny enough, I talk about my clients, not my teachers...
I never had a chance to develop such deep connections in my 20s, so now I really feel privileged to meet soulmates from all over the world.

We stay in touch through the years, sometimes after only 1 or 2 sessions... our paths were meant to cross!

Ever feel like your legs or hands swell for no clear reason? That could be a sign of lymphatic stagnation.

Your lymphatic system is responsible for draining excess fluid from tissues.
When it’s not flowing properly, fluid can build up in the limbs, causing heaviness, puffiness, or visible swelling (especially around the ankles or knees).
This type of swelling can be a symptom of a sluggish lymph system — not just water retention or salt intake.

A story from my life that really touched my heart 💙💛
Almost 6 years ago I moved to Costa del Sol from Koh Samui... Very first activity I started here was moving meditation classes Qigong.

Some of my first students were Leilani, Inge, Penny, .bickerstaff.9
Sweet memories of our classes in and Cabopino beach.
🫏😅 I remember once we had a class while a donkey was giving birth next door. It's not the point, but I just can't forget that 🤣

I want to highlight Inge and Lei , who both started their own professional holistic path last year.
I know how much courage it takes to start your own practice, and Im so proud of you both.
👏 You are my stars! You got everything you need to run the most beneficial flow in your unique style, share it with others and make them FEEL IT ❤️‍🔥
