I'm a relatively new dasher and I rejected many orders during the first 50 that may AR was below 40% at some point. Now I've been accepting all orders but sometimes hours pass with no orders at all despite the app saying that my area is very busy with extra 2$ on every delivery. Can I deactivate this account and create a new one?

I’m super confused by this because I’ve read on multiple posts that people have been able to adjust tips downward after delivery up to an hour. I was not able to so I reached out due to the situation that happened with the driver. I’ve also read many drivers complaining that they get tip baited by a lot of customers after they drop off the order. So who is telling the truth here?
