Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Treatment Provider: Deliver high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring a professional and comfortable treatment experience.
- CAD/CAM Planning and Design: Engage in advanced digital dentistry techniques, including 3D planning and custom implant design using CAD/CAM technology.
- ISO Quality Department: Play an active role in maintaining and enhancing our ISO quality standards, ensuring compliance and quality improvement across clinical procedures.

Requirements
Languages: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
Education: Degree in Dentistry and relevant certifications

Job description
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).


Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
WhatsApp comunications
Distribute mail and emails
Act as first point of contact for visitors, customers, and providers
Make payments from customers
Management of calendar

Qualifications

High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English spoken.

Working Hours (4hours /day):

Mon-Fri : 15:00 to 19:00

Priority:

Proximity to the company
Driver licence and car.
Positive atitude
