Soul Yatra meaning Journey of the Soul.
1-7 November we will have a Soulful Journey of loads of sessions to work on the Body, Mind, Breath and Soul. Each day we would have sessions.... so even if you make it to 30% of the Program its still super worth it.

India celebrates Teacher's Day on 5th September which is the Birthday of respected academician and scholar, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who believed in the importance of education and educators. When his students expressed a desire to celebrate his birthday, he humbly suggested that it be observed as Teachers' Day instead.
So today send love, gratitude and wishes to all your teachers as a small way of celebrating their presence in your Life 🌟

Red is not just a color. It's an attitude, a story that not everyone understands. I can pretty much relate to this... not everyone knows me fully or understands me completely. They think they do.. 😉

Recently I read something and felt so touched... Nayyirah Waheed wrote "And I said to my body softly 'I want to be your friend.' It took a long breath and replied, 'I have been waiting my whole life for this.'"
Be friends with your body... not the critical, judgy, pretentious friend... Be a Real Friend to your Body. Unless you learn to do this... you can't be real friends with anyone else. 😉❤️
