Hi!
Are you looking to get fitter now that summer is around the corner? Well I may just have the answer!

I'll be hosting fun workout classes, suitable for all abilities / fitness levels! These workouts will be a mix of cardio, weights and body weight exercises.

To kick things off, I will be starting some circuit classes in Beniglemba.

Ideally I'm looking for 8-10 people per session, and hope to run 2 classes per day, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays! With morning classes starting at 9am, and evening classes at 7pm.

First class is free, and will be a taster of what we will be doing! So why not come along and give it a go?

Hi all. Now the weather is a bit cooler and holiday season is over I will be restarting my hiits and circuits group classes.
