✨ Goals should inspire you, not drain you!✨
If you find that the goals you’re setting are causing more anxiety than excitement, it might be time for a reset.
Here’s some tip on how to create goals that feel doable, balanced, and meaningful. 💫
1. Shift to Process Goals, Not Outcome Goals
Instead of aiming for a big, end result, set goals around actions you can take daily. For example, if your goal is to be healthier, focus on enjoying movement each day rather than hitting a specific weight.
2. Focus on How You Want to Feel
Ask yourself, What would achieving this goal feel like? Is it peace, confidence, or joy you’re after? Center your goals around these feelings rather than just the task. For instance, set a goal to find moments of calm each day if peace is your aim.
3. Set “Growth Goals” Over “Perfection Goals”
Leave room for progress over perfection. Allow yourself to be proud of small wins and learning moments. Make your goal about trying and growing, not about rigid standards.
4. Be Kind with Your Timeline
Some goals don’t need tight deadlines. Break them down into smaller, flexible steps and give yourself the space to adjust as needed.
5. Listen to Your Energy Levels
The best goals are those that make you excited to start, not overwhelmed.
🌱 Remember: Success is not about speed. It’s about consistency and joy in what you’re creating.
