Acupressure is older than acupuncture.

The technique is similar as its goal: shiatsu aims at harmomizing the qi: the flow of energy.

There are 5 phases in the acupressure techniques. It's a wave. Yes 5 as the 5 elements that we find in TCM: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. In the same order as we experience them in a lifetime.

This flow in time and intensity is never the same depending on the present moment, how fast the tissue soften, the muscle let go, the breathing etc etc.

Sam was suffering from a pinched nerve that blocked his all leg and lower back. After warming up the sore zone and and gradually apply deep acupressure with the elbow we managed to give rid of the pain.
The process requires us both patience and breathing through the tension.

Nowadays entrepreneurship means you = your business. I am not against it as i love what i do, it is a philosophy, a way of life, my education. But it does feel weird to talk about oneself when modesty is one of the main value of shiatsu. How to adapt a minimalist philosophy to a capitalistic world? Anyway i just feel like reviews are the most interesting thing for potentially interested people.
I probably had unsatisfied customers and i'd love to hear them to improve. Never heard them yet. I know often where my mistakes are and the room for improvement that is why i like to give the person the choice of the price (within a price range if they prefer). But most people don't want to decide.
