Eilen tuossa nurmikolla maadoittuessani ja seuratessani tämän kauniin perhosen hetkiä, suunnittelin myös tulevaa. Nyt on taas aika päästä hoitotyön pariin. Sitä onkin ollut todella kova ikävä. Jatkossa minut löytää joogasali Armonia yoga -salilta viikonloppuisin ja iltaisin. Paikka löytyy bussikadun varrelta Carvajalin päädystä.

Tänään vielä katsottavissa ilmaiseksi keskustelua Ayurvedasta. Mukana myös hyvin ajankohtaan liittyen vinkkejä kevätkaudesta siirtymisestä kesään ja miten sen voi ruokavaliossa ottaa huomioon. Vinkkinä tuohon, kun puhuttiin kielen puhdistamisesta aamulla erillisellä kielen puhdistajalla, niin yksi asiakkaani keksi hyvän keinon tähän ja tavallinen ruokalusikka toimii melkein yhtä hyvin.

Ayurvedic massage and consultation in Fuengirola

Ayurveda Costa Del Sol was founded in 2018 by Elisa. She has studied Ayurvedic massages and consultation in Malaga as well as in India. Elisa has a Diploma in Ayurvedic massages.

Ayurveda is a natural medicine that is thousands of years old. I have been interested in natural treatments for a long time. I’ve been living in Spain, Costa Del Sol in Fuengirola, since 2013. Soon after I moved to Spain I started practicing yoga, and with yoga I found also Ayurveda. I have personally found help from Ayurveda for migraine, digestion problems and skin problems. I have studied in Malaga. I have a diploma in Ayurvedic massage, and I am continuing my studies deepening my knowledge in Ayurvedic massage, Ayurvedic medicine and Panchakarma treatment. In 2018 I was in India studying Panchakarma and massage with Doctor Shandrakant Pawar in his Ayurvedic hospital. The clinic is specialized in rheumatism and arthritis. Ayurveda is very efficient, since the treatments are always personalized based on each person’s unique needs and body type. The treatment types vary, and massage can be made for example with hot oils or dry herbal powders. Ayurveda may help you in problems with migraine, digestion, joint pain, stress, skin disorders, obesity and many more. It is easy to make your life healthier and increase your longevity just with few easy adjustments in diet or daily routines. The most important thing is to stay healthy, prevent illnesses, and take the best care of your unique body.
