When you start to REALLY contemplate at life, you realise how important it is to follow your passion – Otherwise what is the point really…Having carried 4 Big Thick Aromatherapy Folders around with me for the past 19 years it was time to take action. Being passionate about all things natural for almost always – sure I was young once and naive and not always thought about what I was putting into or onto my body, but never ever did I just pop a pill when I got a headache or when I had PMT, and I got them often enough believe you me! As far back as I can remember I have looked into natural remedies for any condition. I have always been known to give advice to the people around me – This is bad for you, this is good, try this, try that…Good homemade fresh food, using spices, exercise, the environment you live in, what you put on your skin, breathing well, what you take into your body, how you deal with daily stresses and how you manage your conditions and symptoms has a huge influence on your health. My passion is wellbeing and I knew a bit about everything but nothing about nothing, so when the opportunity came up to take time out and study, there was no question where I was starting. For almost a decade, I had been working with products that were kind to the skin, non-toxic and of course 100% natural. During this time I could see that each year more and more people were aware of the importance of avoiding certain ingredients on their skin – I LOVED SEEING THIS!!! As more and more people are looking into the alternative and being aware. During this time I had the chance to travel and took 3 months out on two separate occasions and traveled around India mostly, and a little in Thailand the second time. Because there are so many things in our environment that are not good for us and are out of our hands, its a great feeling when you are able to help someone manage or treat a condition using Mother Nature as it was intended, with natural and organic ingredients to nourish the mind, body and soul. Massage and essential oils including locally sourced CBD oil in isolation or combined, along with some advice, I believe offers my clients optimum results on a variety of health and wellbeing issues. It is so important to maintain a healthy work/life balance! We are all different and individuals so each of my clients are treated as such. What works for one, may not necessarily work for the other. To me, it's so important to listen and understand who I have in front of me and so I can take anything from 1.30 hours to 2.30 on your first visit with me

Today, I want to share with you some tips on how to use essential oils to support your wellbeing during this vibrant season.
Diffuse uplifting oils:🍋 Diffusing essential oils is an easy way to freshen up your living space and elevate your mood. Lemon, grapefruit, and peppermint are all great choices to help you feel energized and inspired.
Create a springtime blend:🌸 Mix a few drops of lavender, geranium, and ylang-ylang essential oils in a roller bottle with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil. Apply to your pulse points and take a moment to breathe in the floral aroma.

There is a lot of confusion around THC!
Some people believe that any THC is bad for you and should be avoided, others believe it´s the holy grail and take it in isolation and in high quantities.
Honestly, it’s all about balance! THC and CBD have a great relationship, working best together. THC and CBD both fit perfectly into the endocannabinoid system in the brain, each with different positive qualities.
CBD on its own seems to be much less effective than when used with the right amount of THC and the terpenes also found in the plant. CBD, terpenes and THC, in the right quantities and ratio, enhance the positive effects of each other giving you much more powerful results. Often called “The entourage effect”.
Simply put a high dose (up to the legal limit) of THC combined with CBD and terpenes create a more powerful positive effect with no side effects and won’t get you high or cause addiction.
Some countries are not allowing the sale of Full Spectrum CBD Oil anymore, and so, it is important to have an improved formula in order to still get full benefits.
We use H**p Seed Oil along with Sunflower Oil as the Carrier Oil, which have many added benefits. The CBD Oil contains more cannabinoids than just CBD, we have CBC, CBG and CBN to name a few. CBN is in fact a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and comes from the plants main psychoactive chemical, Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), then our THC Free range of oils are as good as the Full Spectrum oils!

It’s that time of year again when pollen is at its highest and lots of people start getting runny noses and eyes. 🤪
Take a look at tips I wrote for you last year! 💚
DO YOU SUFFER FROM HAY FEVER? 🤧
With Spring comes pollen and in Spain at the moment, although the weather is heating up, we are also experiencing quite strong breezes. This means there is more pollen in the air.
Runny nose, sneezing, streaming eyes 🤧🥴🥺 Which one are you? Or do you suffer from all these symptoms?
I was lucky enough to meet and go out with my local honey man last year to meet his Queen bees and helpers. 🐝 🐝 🍯 Having honey and pollen from your local area is more likely to help you avoid hay fever altogether and to help you build your immunity against it. It´s good to start having it everyday at least one month before the season starts. Pure pollen however, I was told by the Honey man 🍯 that it should be taken with caution, and I don't mean the dry stuff but the fresh pollen that melts in your mouth. I was warned by Mr. Honey man to start with 2 or 3 grains at a time until you reach a tea spoon.
However, if like me, you are late to start with your daily dose there are other things we can do in order to alleviate symptoms.
🌿There are a number of essential oils that can help. Lavender and Eucalyptus can be used in inhalation or simply a couple drops in a tissue may reduce sneezing and runny nose. Chamomile is better known for allergies in general and you can use a drop of it with lemon and inhale through out the day. Peppermint, Basil, Clove and Rosemary are also used. You really have to experiment with what works for you. As what works for one person may not work for another, as certain people react to one type of pollen and others to another. It is all in the trial and error - so I would start with what you have at home. Diffuse in the house or carry a tissue with you and see how you get on.
🌿I had a client who suffered badly every year, and after trial and error we found Lavender, Peppermint and Basil together was the magic formula! ✨If you are unsure where to start book a free consultation with me. ✨
🌿A massage with these oils are also very helpful as the oils are absorbed into the bloodstream and has been known to decrease the severity of the allergic response.
🌱Another plant that has been found to be great for reducing the symptoms and has been reported to clear sinuses is NETTLE which has a wide range of other benefits. You can take it as a tea a month or so before the season starts, or start now.
🥦Diet also need to be considered - dairy products can encourage mucus production as do refined starches and should be avoided as much as possible. Taking high levels of Vitamin C can also provide relive.
The best way to receive the benefits of essential oils is to use them in massage with a carrier oil or diffusing them, however, there are so many ways you can use essential oils to enhance and support your life and here are just a few!
