Our clinic is a Finnish family business established in 2021. Originally, CostaDoctor was founded to serve Finnish travelers in the Fuengirola area, which is why it is also known as Costaklinikka.

However, many of the visitors to Fuengirola—and the entire Costa del Sol region—are other Scandinavians and English-speaking residents who also require quality healthcare in English. Language barriers in local hospitals, health centers, and even with private providers can often pose a challenge for communication between patients and doctors. It is essential that patients feel understood and receive seamless care, especially when falling ill while traveling or staying abroad for an extended period.
