ROOTS TO THE HEART: BREATHWORK RETREAT 🌿❤️🌬️
Here are some moments of the magical March retreat in Tenerife at .
It's always challenging for me to explain what happens in these retreats. Impossible to capture it in pics. It's like a time capsule where we embark ourselves in a Deep Transformation.
It is about Breathing yes, but also about connecting to Nature, to the Rhythm of Life, to ourselves as Humankind, redefining the thread that unites us: the Breath.
It's an immersion in this sacred island of Tenerife.
A land of volcanic power, ancient forests and wild ocean energy. It's so Raw that it is like coming back to the origins. That's why I called it Roots to the Heart.
This island represents the Heart Chakra and it roots you down like the Volcano Teide, whose roots extend deep down into the ocean.
It's a space to land in your body.
Return to your Heart.
Return Home.
Feel the grounding & 🔥 energy of Teide.
This land has given me a place to root down. A place to grow deep and high. It constantly questions me if my roots grow from my heart or my mind. Over and over.
And this is what I want to share with you. I've put together everything that lights me up: The Breath, Nature, Dancing, Ancestral practices. Because all of them have been part of my healing journey.
