This is Cat. Some call her a magical fairy🧚‍♀️ . She brings playfulness, lightness, and warmth to her sessions. Cat has been practicing yoga for over a decade and started to teach 5 years ago. She has held classes, workshops, and retreats in Singapore, London, and Spain.

Cat believes that yoga is for everyone. It should not be about aesthetics but about how yoga feels and she incorporates not only the physical aspects of yoga into her sessions but also breathwork, meditation, and sound. Cat allows a space for you to be.

Esta es Cat. Algunos la llaman un hada mágica. Aporta alegría, ligereza y calidez a sus sesiones. Cat ha estado practicando yoga durante más de una década y comenzó a enseñar hace 5 años. Ha impartido clases, talleres y retiros en Singapur, Londres y España.

Cat cree que el yoga es para todos. No debe tratarse de la estética sino de cómo se siente el yoga y ella incorpora no solo los aspectos físicos del yoga en sus sesiones, sino también la respiración, la meditación y el sonido.

Mikael , Tati's father, was a passionate architect and design lover and fulfilled a dream by designing and building a house for the Borgström family. The house is called Can Miquel.

During the day and evenings, we invite you to the family home for workshop circles and dinner.

El padre de Tatiana, Mikael fue un arquitecto apasionado y amante del diseño y cumplió un sueño al diseñar y construir una casa para la familia Borgström. La casa se llama Can Miquel.

Durante el día y la noche, te invitamos a la casa familiar para talleres y cenas.

The Museu Raset is a modern art museum that exhibits works of art from the Swiss-Dutch Bueler-Bernard family collection.

We will be guided through an exhibition entitled Stillness that explores the process of letting go of material constraints and the power of letting the mind wander in tranquility.

It is an interactive and uplifting experience!

Uno de los talleres que hemos organizado para ti en este retiro para conectar con el arte es en el Museo de Arte Moderno de Raset, donde seremos guiados a través de una exposición titulada "Quietud" que explora el proceso de dejar ir las restricciones materiales y el poder de dejar la mente maravillarse en la tranquilidad.

On this magical retreat, we offer shared rooms with separate beds. However, if you prefer to sleep alone private rooms are available on request. The rooms are spacious and designed to make you feel relaxed and calm.

En este retiro, ofrecemos habitaciones compartidas con camas separadas. Sin embargo, si prefieres dormir sola, hay habitaciones privadas disponibles bajo petición.

Our evening dinners will be hosted outside at Can Miquel. It's a beautiful house nestled into the hill, overlooking Cervia de Ter and the surrounding area.

Over the 3 days and 2 nights Cat will guide you through a journey to release , restore and reset.

Her morning sessions will gently awaken the mind and body with meditation and breathwork flowing into yoga movement. The morning classes will be modified for beginners through to intermediate practitioners. The morning sessions hope to create space and grounding as well as strength and flexibility to take you through the day.

The evening sessions will take on a journey more inspired by her restorative yin knowledge. The first evening Cat will take you through a Full Moon ritual and sound bath. The following evenings we will nourish the body and mind by creating space. To allow. Cat’s classes are beautiful and hope to connect you to not only yourself but the nature and earth around you.

Hopefully you will take some of the learnings away with you from these daily practices into life back home.

Durante los 4 días y las 3 noches, Cat te guiará a través de un viaje para liberar, restaurar y reiniciar.

Las sesiones matutinas de Cat despertarán suavemente la mente y el cuerpo con meditación y ejercicios de respiración que desembocan en movimientos de yoga. Las clases de la mañana se modificarán para principiantes hasta practicantes intermedios. Las sesiones de la mañana esperan crear espacio y conexión con la tierra, así como también fuerza y flexibilidad para llevarte adelante a lo largo del día.

Las sesiones nocturnas emprenderán un viaje más inspirado por su conocimiento yin restaurativo. La primera noche, Cat te llevará a través de un ritual de luna llena y un baño de sonido. Las siguientes tardes nutriremos el cuerpo y la mente creando espacio. Para permitir. During the day and evenings, we invite you to the family home designed by Tati’s father Miquel for workshop circles and dinner.

Can Miquel is a few minute's walk up a stairway next to the castle of Cervià. The house is nestled into the hill with a grass roof adorned with beautiful statues by Xicu Cabanyes a well know Catalan artist.

Durante el día y la noche, te invitamos a la casa familiar diseñada por el padre de Tati, Mikael, para talleres y cenas.

Can Miquel está a unos minutos subiendo unas escaleras junto al castillo de Cervià. La casa está enclavada en la colina con un techo de cesped adornado con hermosas estatuas de Xicu Cabanyes, un conocido artista catalán.
