A little reflection from todayâs pelvic health sessionâŚ
Not everyone needs to strengthen their pelvic floor.
Today, through conversation and a simple movement assessment, it became clear that the body was actually holding a lot of tension.
So instead of adding more exercises, we shifted the focus to something different:
- learning how to relax
- reconnecting with the breath
- allowing the pelvic floor to respond, not grip
This is more common than you might think.
If youâve been doing all the ârightâ thingsâlike Kegelsâbut still feel tight, uncomfortable, or not quite right⌠your body might be asking for less effort, not more.
Sometimes the most powerful work is learning how to let go. đ¤
