📈 Terminaron el año como el equipo #1 del mundo.

Con la llegada del buen tiempo cada vez mas personas se aficionan a este fantastico deporte como es el Stand up paddle.🏄

Por ello queremos darte una serie de Tips para que disfrutes al máximo de cada sesion sin preocuparte por las lesiones.👍

1. Calienta bien antes de empezar.
La mayoria de lesiones en Paddle surf se dan en hombros, codos y lumbares. Tomate unos minutos para preparar bien estas zonas y te lo agradecerán.💪🔥

2. Entrena fuera del agua lo que luego practicarás en ella, ya sea en el gimnasio o al aire libre, mantente en forma para rendir dentro del agua y que tu estado fisico no limite la práctica.🏋‍♂️🏃‍♂️

3. Escucha a tu cuerpo y conoce tus limites. Ante molestias agudas durante la practica deportiva y que no remiten con el tiempo, consulta a tu Fisioterapeuta para encontrar la mejor solución.🧑‍⚕️

With the arrival of good weather, more and more people are fond of this fantastic sport such as Stand up paddle.🏄
For this reason, we want to give you several Tips so you can enjoy each session to the fullest without worrying about injuries.👍

1. Warm up well before you start. Most injuries in paddle surfing occur in shoulders, elbows and lower back. Take a few minutes to prepare these areas well and they will thank you.💪🔥

2. Train out of the water what you will later practice in it, either in the gym or outdoors, stay in shape to perform in the water and that your physical condition doesn't limit the practice.🏋‍♂️🏃‍♂️

3. Listen to your body and know your limits. If an acute discomfort appears during sports practice and that doesn't subside over time, consult your Physiotherapist to find the best solution.🧑‍⚕️
