I've been wanting to create a garden altar for a while now...today is the day I am finally beginning.

I see it as a living place..ever changing, honouring the seasons, the changes, the storms as well as the sunshine, life and death, the natural cycles.

I see it as a reminder of the natural way..of flowing in alignment with what is...the cosmos, the greater plan, the earth and her bounty, being provided for in expected and unexpected ways...healing with nature, knowing and respecting that I am a part of that divine plan and natural flow, and that my life is unfolding in perfect timing as the divine intended. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm curious to know...how do you connect with the cycles of nature and the cycles of life? ☘️🌻🪻

Enjoying nature's bouquet this morning 💐💐💐.

I love the incredible nature of this island, so pristine, so pure, so abundant, so wild, so healing.

Over the years I've made flower essences from each of these flowers, in fact, I created a range of 30 essences from the wildflowers, trees and sacred sites of Ibiza. They are potent and powerful healers, they've helped and supported me through countless transformations and they're still there for me, nourishing me and helping me to grow into greater alignment everyday.

I'll be sharing more about them... as and when they wish to reveal themselves, on their timing, not mine.

If there's one thing I've learned about healing, is that it happens in divine timing, we have our role to play in taking action where needed, our primary role is to listen to the whispers and nudges of nature, of the cosmos, of our inner guidance. To know when to act and when to be still is powerful, potent medicine.

🧡✨ Samhain Blessings 🧡✨

Today marks the turning of the Celtic wheel, Samhain, the last day of the Celtic year. A sacred time when the veil between worlds grows thin, and we can feel the presence of our ancestors more closely.

As the gateways between realms open, we may feel called to connect with our ancestors, to honour and remember them, and to ask for their wisdom, guidance, and blessings to support us in our daily lives and healing.

When we slow down and turn inwards, we can sense that the stories and patterns of those who came before us are not just history; they live within us.

❤️ I love this quote by Thich Nhat Hanh:

“This body has been there for a long time, for millions of years. It is the continuation of many generations. It has never died.”

We inherit both the healthy and challenging patterns of our ancestors. This includes unprocessed emotions, trauma, attachment wounds, nervous system states, and limiting beliefs.

These imprints can shape how we see ourselves, how safe we feel, and how we relate to others. They can cause us to self-sabotage what we most long for and limit our capacity to bring into our lives what we truly choose.

Alongside these challenges, there is immense strength, wisdom, creativity, and resilience waiting in our lineage. Healing these patterns opens us to the gifts and guidance of our ancestors.

🌿💚🌿 Today is the perfect day for releasing old patterns and stepping into the new vision we hold for our lives.
