Today I held the first live call for a new Healing the Ancestral Feminine - Women's Circle.

Each of the beautiful women arrived with an open heart, willing to share the experiences of her female line with the group.

Each trusted that it was safe space to begin touching into and healing deep, legacy wounds that have been carried in the family for generations.

Aware of the cost of their inherited trauma on their own lives, and determined to shift these burdens for their own, and their children's freedom, they spoke truths that have lived in the shadows. Stories of migration, loss, war, famine, separation, racism, persecution and deep attachment wounding.

There was so much courage in the room.
What was shared was witnessed, met and held with compassion by the group.

We all carry ancestral burdens, whether we are aware of it or not, and when we come together as a group, in a sacred space, held by spirit, loving intention and our benevolent ancestors, we have the all support we need to do this deep, powerful work. We truly do heal together.

Do you recognise yourself as a people pleaser?

Are you tired of feeling afraid to say ‘no’ or of feeling racked with guilt when you put your own needs first?

People pleasing is not ‘your personality’, and it’s not a failing on your part - it’s a trauma response.

When we live through experiences in childhood that ask us to take care of our parents’ needs - physical or emotional - we put aside our own needs in order to ‘survive’.

We adapt by abandoning ourselves to stabilise our home environment and this becomes a pattern, a way of being.

The good news is you can heal this pattern at the root - but what if it didn’t start with you? What if you watched a parent be a chronic people pleaser too? When patterns are inherited, they're passed down the family line until someone is ready to heal for the lineage.

Ancestral healing opens the lens beyond ourselves and our own life and takes into account the countless conditions that went into creating us as we are.

It helps us to see that what we inherited from our parents, they often inherited from their parents and so on.

Whether we know our ancestry or not, when we use energy healing to support the healing process, we can access the parts that other therapies can't and begin to shift inherited patterns that have repeated for generations.

This frees us from the burden of being who we’re not and frees us to be our true authentic self, to follow our needs and desires and to create a life that reflects the truth of who we are.

I've been wanting to create a garden altar for a while now...today is the day I am finally beginning.

I see it as a living place..ever changing, honouring the seasons, the changes, the storms as well as the sunshine, life and death, the natural cycles.

I see it as a reminder of the natural way..of flowing in alignment with what is...the cosmos, the greater plan, the earth and her bounty, being provided for in expected and unexpected ways...healing with nature, knowing and respecting that I am a part of that divine plan and natural flow, and that my life is unfolding in perfect timing as the divine intended. ❤️❤️❤️

Enjoying nature's bouquet this morning 💐💐💐.

I love the incredible nature of this island, so pristine, so pure, so abundant, so wild, so healing.

Over the years I've made flower essences from each of these flowers, in fact, I created a range of 30 essences from the wildflowers, trees and sacred sites of Ibiza. They are potent and powerful healers, they've helped and supported me through countless transformations and they're still there for me, nourishing me and helping me to grow into greater alignment everyday.

I'll be sharing more about them... as and when they wish to reveal themselves, on their timing, not mine.

If there's one thing I've learned about healing, is that it happens in divine timing, we have our role to play in taking action where needed, our primary role is to listen to the whispers and nudges of nature, of the cosmos, of our inner guidance. To know when to act and when to be still is powerful, potent medicine.
