This week is and it is all about showing how much kindness matters.
Multiple research shows that kindness stimulates the production of serotonin - the chemical which makes us feel happy.
Through acts of kindness we feel more seen, loved, cared, less stressed and happier. It’s very important to mention that the giver and receiver of kindness both benefit from all these positive outcomes
That means that being kind can help you to improve your mental health and overall wellbeing.
