Tiffany has spent over a decade working in luxurious award-winning spas & salons, boats & yachts, villas & retreats, perfecting her skills & learning the art of Holistic & Beauty Therapy. Her love and passion have grown profoundly throughout those years and, after branching out on her own, to focus on her own core Holistic beliefs, she is ready to share this love globally through her own therapeutic practice and training. For now, she calls the beautiful, naturalistic island of Ibiza home - an idyllic backdrop for her to create a warm, relaxing ambience to deliver her rituals and studies. Designing each experience around her clients' needs, Tiffany takes a truly unique approach to all of her work. Her goal is to not just give each client a treatment, but to take them on a tranquil journey.

And just like that it’s time to go and see the family after another busy season 🌴
Thankyou to everyone, to the existing loyal clients I get to treat each year, to the new clients I get the pleasure of meeting each year ♥️
I don’t know why every year hits differently the contrast of summer and winter is next level, we’re ready for both, think we are prepared for both yet the extremes always hits you hard here .
The heat, the work load, the overall population on the island, planes dropping off people here to release and escape from their day to day lives. The island of two faces, can be blissful and also carnage.
I am so lucky to have the most amazing people in my life, friends, family and clients with to do the work that I do ✨
I am super grateful to be in high demand but jheeeze I’m human not a machine and can in moments work rather deep with you, so I’ve had some moments to recharge for you all here and there, I will not give a service half heartedly or running on 1% so thankyou for your patience, your organisation to booking in advance even when you’re in your holiday mode .
I decided to take most of this year off of socials to be present with my surroundings, my clients, reflecting massively, shedding old layers, year of the snake and all.
Wow did I feel it, some huge awakenings.
Excited for this transition into winter mode, some exciting travels to gain some fresh inspiration to bring into my personal and professional life, coming into year of the horse offering stability and security.
I will be implementing some very exciting new offerings for you all.
All to be announced soon, just easing my way back into the social world 🫠

Work with your lymphatic system, and your lymphatic system will work with you .

Some home tips and exercises to help drain your lymphatic system…

• ‘Breathe in the good s**t, exhale the bulls**t’.
…Breathing slowly and deeply can help move fluid through the lymph vessels and nodes, focus on expanding the belly and diaphragm while inhaling, hold before releasing to allow oxygen to massage your beautiful organs and help with blood flow around you body .

• ‘If in doubt, sweat it out’.
…Exercise of course is the simplest way of working up a sweat, this helps detoxify your body by eliminating toxins stored in your system, which can lead to aches, pains, illnesses and a sluggish mood.
(Also give yourself permission to indulge in the spa with a sauna and ice plunge- the contrast with the two helps stimulate your lymphatic system making it easier for it release toxins and helping with anti inflammatory benefits the build up can create).

• ‘Brush yo boooty’.
…Using a dry body brush daily can help with circulation, break down fatty tissues and toxins clogging up your lymph nodes.
(Top Tip- when self brushing or massaging, always work towards your lymph nodes).

Welcome this new year ✨

May this year be full of good health, love, success, peace, prosperity, happiness, power and strength 🙏🏽

I’ve had some time off of socials as I like to time to time to be present with people, celebration’s and grateful for some solitude.

Silence and solitude is an underrated tool in a world full of noise, chaos and sometimes carnage (chosen or not).

Now in this new chapter, January is a good month to be slow whilst reflecting on our past with a smile, being thankful, letting go and most of all keep that direction and vision moving and looking forward…

What are your feelings towards your future, what do you wish to leave behind and what do you wish to invite into this new chapter and onwards?
