If you are wondering why I am posting pics about mountain biking, snorkeling, nature, family, and friends and not only food pics as nutritionists do, then here is my answer: A balanced healthy and happy life does not only come through food. To stay healthy and treat sicknesses food is key … no doubt. Because everything you put into your body influences it.
But also important are other pillars. Such as exercise, relaxation, sleep, nature, and spending time with your loved ones. From a holistic point of view this keeps your body, mind, and soul in balance and therefore healthy. Just wanted to mention that because I have heard so many times separate your private life from your professional one. No! As I said everything you do has an impact on your health.
